What I collect
- When you contact me: your name, email, and whatever you write in a form or message, so I can reply.
- When you become a client: the business details needed to build and run your site (business name, address, hours, photos, content), plus billing info — which is handled by Stripe, not stored by me.
- Basic site visit data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. No ad-tracking pixels.
How I use it
- To reply to you, build and maintain your site, and provide the service you're paying for.
- To send you things directly related to your account — an invoice, a question about your site.
- That's it. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't send marketing spam.
Who it's shared with
Only the services needed to actually run things, each handling its own slice:
Stripe
Payment processing. Your card details go to Stripe, not me.
Porkbun
Domain registration and email hosting for your branded address.
Hosting / infrastructure
The servers that keep your site online.
Cal.com
If you book a call, scheduling runs through them.
Each has its own privacy practices. I share only what each one needs to do its job.
Your choices
- Ask me what I have on you, and I'll tell you.
- Ask me to correct or delete it, and I will, except where I'm required to keep records (like past invoices).
- Your content and domain are yours — see the Service Agreement for how those come with you if you leave.
Questions
This is a small, personal service, so the easiest thing is to just ask. Book a call or reply to any email from me, and I'll answer plainly.
